Signed, Numbered Frances Hooks
"THE CARPENTER"

In 1979, Frances Hook was commisioned by Roman, Inc. to apply her talents to limited collector editions. Among the most noteworthy of the Mrs. Hook's creations under this commission was her heralded portrait of Christ entitled "The Carpenter".

This image, which began as a chalk drawing on brown wrapping paper has been referred to as the 'definitive portrait of Christ created in the 20th century'. Frances Hook said she tried to capture "His humanity as much as his divinity."

This lithograph is #913 in the 1981 printing and is signed by the artist. It measures 24"x20", comes with all original documentation.

I personally had commissioned another artist to frame this unique print in a hand carved wood frame with an inner border of jute type material. The finished framed print is exquisite and will adorn any setting immensely, as well as create a focal point.

You can purchase here for $4,350.00 with frame.

Porcelain Eagle, On the Hunt, signed framed porcelain eagle statue by W.D. Gaither

Signed, Numbered W.D. Gaither's
"ON THE HUNT"

#732/950, #AMR-131
American Bald Eagle III
This particular porcelain statue, #732 of a total made of 950, was purchased in early 1985. Another of this exact statue was purchased in late 1984 shortly after being put on the market, and owner will keep and display #571 and it will not be sold, now or in the future.

Another of Gaither's earlier porcelain Eagle Statues sold at Auction for over $9,000.00 usd, this one is an even better work of his.

Each feather is crisp, clear and looks like the real mc-coy. Every detail is absolutely perfected, down to the outstretched talons on the bird's feet.

This #732 is still in it's original carton surrounded by thick foam poured around it, and packaged to survive shipping. Owner has never opened this carton and has kept it in safe, clean, storage. Purchaser must open carefully and the foam removed gently so as not to fracture any of the fine porcelain outstreched feathers.

You can purchase here for $6,900.00 before it goes on auction at a fine art center.

NOTE: USPS has this to say about shipping firearms:

Quote:
May a nonlicensee ship a firearm through the U.S Postal Service?

"a nonlincensee may mail a shotgun or rifle to a resident of his or her own state or to a licensee in any state. Handguns are not mailable. The Postal Service recommends that longguns be sent by registered mail and hta no markings of any kind which would indicate the nature of the contents be placed on the outside of any parcel containing firearms."
